台灣近幾年來吹起一股運動風潮，騎自行車變成熱門的休閒運動，現在這股熱潮也吹進連鎖家居賣場。IKEA宜家家居今（21）日表示，即日起將推出首部自行車SLADDA，26吋售價19,900元，並享有25年保固，希望帶給消費者更便利與環保的生活，打造在城市生活中更減碳環保的移動模式。
IKEA推出首部自行車SLADDA，以平整包裝自行DIY組裝概念，簡約的外觀還有卡榫式的聰明配件設計，能夠依據當天的行動需求輕鬆安裝合適的自行車配件，還可自行加購需要的配件，讓單車具有更多功能變化；此外，SLADDA也使用不會生鏽、不需上油的皮帶驅動系統，與一般鍊條驅動的自行車不同，更環保且容易保養。
IKEA行銷總監程耀毅指出，他們希望能為大多數人提供更美好的居家生活，針對城市日漸擁擠的生活空間以及永續發展的環保理念，設計師與產品開發人員跟著自行車騎士在城市中騎了3天，最後提出了SLADDA自行車與各種配件的構想，希望讓人們能擁有更方便又靈活的交通工具，同時又不會對地球造成負擔。
SLADDA自行車的設計奪得2016年的紅點設計獎，品質上也有一定的保證，車架上有兩層防護塗漆，不易刮傷和鏽蝕，享有25年保固，而皮帶驅動系統也享有10年保固，讓消費者方便、好保養。

民進黨立委劉櫂豪今(3)日於立院質詢行政院長林全，有關清泉崗染毒案後續處置，林全表示，毒品事件發生後一定要對清泉崗基地官兵做個檢驗，軍中有防毒系統，會檢討軍中防毒系統有無漏洞，若涉案者違規情節惡性重大，絕對沒有辦法留在軍中。
有關軍中緝毒部分，林全說，軍方有一定規範，要看違規情節輕重而定，如果違規情節惡性重大，絕對沒有辦法在軍中留下來；國防部副部長李喜明也說，若確定違反煙毒相關條例，當然是影響軍人生涯，軍方也不可能容許販毒和吸毒有關的人留在軍中；若涉案情節嚴重就勒令退伍。
劉櫂豪也質疑，光靠驗尿判斷一個人有沒有吸毒是有風險性？他舉例說，東部某營區曾發生一名小兵因驗尿呈現毒品陽性反應，覺得受委屈而用激烈方式結束生命，軍方應慎重看待，不該隨意對外發言，混淆社會視聽。
林全表示，檢驗方式一定採取科學方法，並以醫藥方面認定的方法釐清。李喜明也說，沒有扮演福爾摩斯的角色，只是把檢驗結果提供給檢察官。軍方現在全力配合檢調調查，在藥檢方面，請三軍總醫院以最精準的方式檢驗，最後結果仍由檢調認定。
另外，劉櫂豪也對國防部長馮世寬喜歡為自己打分數不以為然，他表示，軍中有毒品是一個事實，怎麼可以自評100分？除非總分是1000分，否則不合情、不合理，事情尚未水落石出，自評100分，他無法接受。
他要求林全約束馮世寬；林全則表示，會請馮世寬注意一下外界的看法。李喜明則為馮世寬緩頰說：「部長說100分是想鼓勵下屬」。
